Hi - I’m Rita Volpi - the illustrator and graphic designer behind Fox & Compass Designs. I specialize in bold graphics, playful characters and optimistic messages. In particular, spot illustrations, surface/package design and illustrated maps are my jam.
I see design as an adventure. There is a destination in mind, a problem to solve or a story to be told - however there are a myriad of paths to get there. That’s where the fun begins! My curious and pragmatic nature will help us seek out creative solutions and ensure well managed projects.
When I’m not working in my Columbus Ohio based studio, I am often traveling or out on the trails - enjoying a hike, nerding out about wildlife or organizing clean ups.
